Meet The Evexias Denver Team

Commitment and consistency are two key characteristics of our practice.

We’re located on the second floor of the Hampden Place Medical Center and have been in this building since 2010. In this time, a lot has changed, but so much has remained the same. Three of our staff have been with Dr. Norton for over a decade! We are thrilled to welcome new faces, but our patients find comfort in knowing the core is strong. Patient wellbeing is our top priority, and it’s our passion to make sure you’re feeling better! We treat all patients with respect and consideration and want your experience with our team to be valuable. That’s why we’re ready to listen to your concerns and lead you through completely custom solutions that tackle the big picture.

We want you to look and feel your best! Few Denver skin clinics can offer the same number of treatments and services as EVEXIAS Medical Center Denver. Our safe and effective environment, experienced staff, and state-of-the-art technology allow us to provide you with exceptional care.

Denise Norton, MD, FACS, RVT, RPVI

Dr. Norton has been a surgeon in Denver since 1989 and has specialized in treating vein disease as well as focusing on the care of patients with breast cancer and breast disease. Before shifting her focus to this wellness journey, Dr. Norton spent over a decade treating patients with breast cancer and is familiar with the devastation cancer can cause as well as what patients endure after the diagnosis. While Dr. Norton aims to address patients before they reach that point, she is well equipped, and not afraid, to help patients on the other side of that journey.

Her background in treating breast cancer patients as well as her journey with menopause sparked an interest in alternative wellness options. Her goal is to educate and involve patients in their wellness journey! As a former Breast Surgeon, Dr. Norton is keenly aware of how the loss of hormones affects the quality of life and is excited to share with patients what she’s learned from personal experience and continued training.

After nearly a decade as the medical director at Saint Joseph Hospital Breast Care Center, Dr. Norton retired from Breast Surgery in December 2018 and focused her efforts on preventative care by partnering with EVEXIAS Medical Centers and Dr.
Terri DeNeui to open EVEXIAS Medical Denver. She is providing patients with a new approach to healthcare, focusing on balancing hormones. In 2019, Dr. Norton started a fellowship in Integrative Healthcare, expanding her horizons even further.  Dr. Norton has used the training that she has received in her fellowship to further educate her staff on the benefits of preventative medicine.  She is excited to share her knowledge with her patients as well.

Dr. Norton’s interests include traveling with her husband, skiing, hiking, and biking.

Anna works remotely and helps us answer phones, follows up with patients and schedules appointments.  Occasionally she comes back to Colorado to work in the office, and we love seeing her smiling face again!
